We all know Dynamq and his legendary vibes/music that has inspired, motivated and encouraged a lot of South Sudanese all over the Globe. Dynamq has won several international awards and nominated in some of the worlds big awards and has shared the same stage with legendary world class musicians/stage performers. Recently he was given a shoutout by DJ KHALID and JAZZY T.

The Corona Virus Pandemic has seen Dynamq doing a lot of music from home, having one online concert and also live interviews with media houses in South Sudan and other countries. The COVID-19 pandemic has never changed anything about Dynamq’s love for music and lifting South Sudan’s Flag so high.

He has been working on one of his biggest projects of all time and this time around introducing South Sudan Art to the world, he has come up with the “ARAGAN RIDDIM” produced by Himself and Jehu Government.

ARAGAN is a local Arabic word meaning SWEAT.

Fans, artists and music lovers have been eagerly waiting for the riddim which he officially announced it drops tomorrow.  Among the artists he is working with is Ruffman Empire Prezzo CRAZY FOX…….

Dynamq last visit to South Sudan saw him collaborating with the Top Artists in the country which has helped exposed them to various labels and media houses. Having the heart to help and build South Sudan Music Industry, we believe Dynamq isn’t stopping any time soon……

We dont know if this Riddim will be available for any artists who would love to use it or its only for artists selected by Dynamq and Producer Jehu

WHAT’S A RIDDIM?

A riddim is a Jamaican partoise wrod meaning Rythm

A Riddim is the Jamaican Patois pronunciation of the English word “rhythm”. In reggae, dancehall, calypso, soca, grime, and reggaeton parlance it refers to the instrumental accompaniment to a song. … Since the 1970s, riddims have accompanied reggae music and through the 1980s, more widely known as dancehall.

It is very common for artists and producers to take an existing instrumental song (a riddim), record a new voicing over it, and re-release it as if it were a completely new song. It is told that this tradition originates from the old days, when poverty prevailed in Jamaica. In this article, I research the correlation between Jamaica’s wealth and the number of recycled riddims. As it turns out, the correlation is not as you would expect from the rumours.
