OBEEZY THREATENS TO DELETE ALL SOUTH SUDAN ARTISTS VIDEOS FROM HIS YOUTUBE ACCOUNT

No Rating

Director Obeezy one of South Sudans leading video directors has threatened to delete all Junubi Artists videos that he kindly uploaded on his Youtube Channel, this comes after a call from one of the Juba Radio presenters called him live on air to clear rumours of using artists content to make money.

This didn’t go well with the Multi talented video director, and he took to his facebook page threatening to delete all contents of artists he uploaded.

This is what he posted

Hello everyone. Some of us (directors) created channels on different sites eg. Youtube with a simple aim of promoting our music and work to the world. It’s unfortunate that I received a call from one of local radio stations that some of artists complained of me using their videos for personal gain. In response, am deleting all videos of our local artists from my YouTube channel today.

Stay blessed!

Obeezy has won various awards to his name for being the finest Video director in the country and this year he knocked a Million videos and 6,000 subscribers to his channel.

This comes months after his colleague K Pesa Cuts also a video director took to his facebook page threatening to delete both raw data and complete data of a project for Hardlife Avenues Star Rap J, after there was a misunderstanding between Rap J and Best boys who featured him, but after serious fights Rap J and Best boys had to swallow their pride and put a knee of forgiveness to KPESA and thats how KPESA got to release the video.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH ARTISTS:

Sometimes when artists get to the radios and TVS they totally forget themselves, they forget their values and assume to be on top of the world not knowing these Directors are the unsung heroes in their success. Artists in South Sudan havent yet realised the importance of various opportunities given them, others go to the extend to blame DJs of playing their music without their consent, this is one of the unhealthy behaviours our artists are taking.

SIMPLE ADVICE:

We as Shabab Magazine request Obeezy to delete Videos of that particular artist instead of affecting other innocent artists.
